This repository contains the scripts and data needed to generate the results for 'Characterising group-level brain connectivity: a framework using Bayesian exponential random graph models'.

The data is in the form of correlation matrices in a fc_mat.RDS file.

All analysis is performed in R. The scripts 00-04*.R generate the results while the scripts F*.R generate the plots in the paper.
