Description: This survey includes sociodemographic items, and scales and questions about death anxiety, other death-related attitudes (e.g., mortuary preferences), and religious beliefs, behaviour, and experiences. Data was collected from the USA, Brazil, Russia, the Philippines, and South Korea
Original questionnaire files have been uploaded as .qsf files, which are proprietary Qualtrics files.
