This project contains the following components:
- private-datasets: Private, contains the raw spreadsheet for the whole Tsimane Project; cannot be shared for anonymity reasons
- datasets; Public, contains information on previously published work
- derivedFiles: Public, contains the csv used to generate all results reported in the main paper and supplementary analyses
- scripts: Public, contains all scripts
- intermediate reports: Public, contains reports generated when the scripts are applied to the files above
- supplementary materials: Public, contains clean output from the supplementary analyses as well as the latest unpublished copy of the paper
To reproduce analyses reported in the paper, readers need access to derivedFiles, datasets, and scripts. Rerunning the latter should generate intermedicate reports and supplementary materials.
