We modelled pRF properties in the visual cortex (areas V1, V2, V3, V3A, V4) using the SamSrf toolbox v5.84 https://doi.org/10.6084/m9.figshare.1344765.v24 We simulated the BOLD response in the visual cortex (areas V1, V2, V3) using the stimBOLD toolbox https://github.com/KevinAquino/stimBOLD Description of the data structure is provided in the Data folder. Custom scripts are provided for analyzing the data of Experiments 1 to 3 and replicating the simulations and the the figures used in the corresponding paper.
