- Validity IA: Rated Social Desirability of RRFS - Ratings of social desirability of RRFS items - Initial Sample: 150 US MTurk Workers, paid .50 (75 total cost) - Inclusionary Criteria: (estimated n = 68) - Self-identifies as Christian on A_4 (Option 4 through 14) - Answers Question A_5 with response “author” - Answers Question Z_1 with Option 1 (Keep) - Data Management: - Missing Values: R_SD_01 to R_SD_12 Missing values recoded to “3” - Reverse-code R_SD_02, R_SD_04, R_SD_07, R_SD_09, R_SD_10, and R_SD_12 (1=5, 2=4, 4=2, 5=1) - Create RRFS_SD by summing R_SD_01 through R_SD_12 - Hypothesis: The mean score on RRFS_SD is significantly higher than a score of 36.00 - Planned Analyses: - Descriptives for Questions A_1 through A_4, R_SD_01 through R_SD_12 - Single-sample t-test to determine whether Mean R_SD exceeds 36.00; Statistical significance (one-tailed) expected. - Additional post hoc analyses. I decided to repeat the analysis for the entire sample.
