Wiki Version:
The files in this repository allow for the replication of the the data analyses for the Lachman et al. paper *forthcoming in BMJ Global Health*. --- The materials include: - an annoymised and limited analysis data set `SPACAPS_20191204`. - a RMarkdown file `Lachman_SPACAPS_replication_syntax.Rmd`, which contains the analysis syntax, as well as syntax for imputation. On running the file it first generates a folder system to organise the output/imputed datasets. The resulting document contains all analyses undertaken for the paper. - a set of Rfunctions (`IRR_glmer_mice, effectsize_dw_mi, descriptives_table_int, descriptives_table_cat`), these custom functions are called upon by the RMarkdown file. **Important:** All files need to be downloaded into one folder.
