Description: This study attempted to replicate Daryl Bem's controversial study showing support for psi effects such as the ability of people to tell the future and subsequently retroactively enhance their memory. The study also added novel manipulations and dependent variables to Bem's study to study the nature of people's perceptions of psychic phenomena and how they are influenced by their preconceptions of participating in a study about them.
