Description: We describe a concept of digital preservation for smaller cultural heritage institutions without their own infrastructure. The concept is based on the Outer-Inner OAIS (OO-IO) Model. It means that a digital depot is extended by an external pre-ingest component - the aggregator. That component will serve as a multi-mode platform. The modes are (1) management, (2) gateway and (3) access. Mode 2 prepares the data for a standardized and automated ingest process. The aggregator will include web-tools and a support desk.
