This Bruker Paravision 6 Chemical Exchange Saturation Transfer (CEST) Magnetic Resonance Fingerprinting (MRF) pulse sequence allows one to vary the saturation power, saturation time, saturation frequency offset, repetition time (TR), and excitation flip-angle (FA) for multiple iterations. Both EPI and RARE based CEST fingerprinting PV6 pulse sequences are available. Code for processing the fingerprinting data to generate quantitative chemical exchange parameter maps is available at https://github.com/operlman/cest-mrf. Either dictionary dot product matching or neural network matching of the signal trajectories can be performed. Instructions for installation of the sequence are included in the “Bruker PV6 CEST MRF Pulse Sequence Installation” pdf document.
