Description: The current systematic review aims to investigate the effectiveness of conservative therapy in pregnant with nonspecific low back pain (PLBP). Searches will be conducted and retrieved references will be screened for potential full texts. Then, potential full texts will be assessed for our eligibility criteria. 0-10 PEDro scale will be used to assess methodological quality of included trials and data will be extracted for short-, medium- and long-term effects. The instrument GRADE will be used to assess the strength of the current evidence. We are planning sensitivity analysis to investigate whether the quality of included trials impact on estimated effects. This review will follow the assessment by PRISMA II and the Cochrane recommendations
