Category: Project

Description: This project describes a follow-up study to our previously pre-registered studies (osf.io/z8bhx, osf.io/xjp47, and osf.io/3w2ua), in which we observed no difference in ratings of a health-assessment tool between participants who received false negative health feedback based on that tool and participants who received no feedback. In this study, we aim to examine as a moderator of this effect the enduringness (enduring versus fleeting) of the consequences described in the false negative health feedback.
