Wiki Version:
This data set describes the data used in the publication: "Four fundamental dimensions underlie our perception of human actions". Data are in .xlsx files. 1. Action Characteristics data include all responses to 500 stimuli as one sheet, and all unique responses on another sheet. 2. Rating results include average rating values for all 240 actions as rated against 23 separate characteristics. 3. EFA results include video names, action names, the degree to which each action stimulus was recognised (based upon a separate experiment with different participants), a classification as to whether the action is social or not, transitive or not, and the degree to which the action loads onto the 4 different factors in the 4-D model
