Description: R code to reproduce rmcorr paper results. Changelog - December 15, 2022: Updated Rmd with CI fix in rmcorr 0.5.4. For details, see: http://lmarusich.github.io/rmcorr/articles/CI_fix.html - Jan 20, 2021: Removed packrat, switched to renv. Added the renv.lock file (saves package versions for reproducibility). - Jan 4, 2021: Fixed a typo in Figure 5a top panel, bquote() now passes the correct correlation coefficient. - Sept 23, 2020: Added instructions to run rmcorr in SPSS (not recommended). - Sept 2, 2020: We updated the R Markdown code to reproduce figures from the paper. This includes use of bquote() for effect sizes and p-values in plot text(), rather than using fixed values. We also extended the ggplot example from the rmcorr documentation. And fixed typos and a sign error in a figure.
