Description: The scenario 2050_basis is a 100 % renewable scenario for the year 2050 including Germany in 21 dispatch-regions and the neighbouring countries. The installed capacities and grid connections are based on the ehighway2016_ scenario X-7: 100% RES electricity. The scenarios 2050_best-case, 2050_best-case-plus, 2050_trend-case and 2050_worst-case are socio-ecological scenarios. The installed capacities of onshore and offshore wind energy are modified compared to the scenario 2050_basis.
