# Reproducing the Analysis
To reproduce the analysis:
1. Clone the repository
2. Run `conda env create --name proboutcomes --file environment.yml` to create a conda environment with all the required data and libraries. You will need to install the [Anaconda Distribution](https://www.anaconda.com/distribution/) first if you do not have it.
3. Activate the environment using `conda activate proboutcomes` and run the notebooks.
# Repository Structure
## Notebooks
This folder contains Jupyter notebooks. It contains all the code necessary to pre-process the data (DataProcessing_All.ipynb) and to reproduce the figures and results reported in the manuscript (Analysis_*.ipynb)
## Materials and Data
This folder contains all the data files (raw and pre-processed) for all the studies. When the original data is an SPSS file (.sav), a .csv version of the file is also presented. The materials are presented in Word format and Qualtrics export when available.
## Reports
This folder contains HTML exports of the Jupyter notebooks. It also contains all the figures, code, and results, but is not interactive. The two appendices studies (S1 and S2) are described in the "Analysis_Appendix.html" file.
## Figures
This folder contains all the figures of the manuscript.
## Pre-Registration
This folder contains the two pre-registrations of the studies in the paper.
