This component contains the scripts that were used to analyze the data from both experiments. Analysis scripts were written in python. In order to run the scripts, you need to change the variable "dir_proj" to equal the location where the data are saved on your computer. Within that folder, you should have two sub-folders ("exp1" and "exp2") that contain the raw matlab files. You also need to change "self.filedir" within the "ExperimentData" function to equal the same directory as "dir_proj" Once those things are changed, you should be able to run the script without any further changes.
