# Coding of Responses --- This section is intended for the description of how survey responses were coded, including: * Do any responses need to be interpreted (e.g., coding of open responses)? * Coding structure (file of coding system) * Coding tools (e.g., NVivo, natural language processing) * Transformation of responses to coding categories (e.g., 1, 2 = low; 3 = middle; 4, 5 = high) (could be table) * Layout of response file (e.g., flat file in which each record is an array of individual responses) * Other file/data structures * Treatment of missing data (e.g., impute values, ignore, delete record)
