Description: The ability to meaningfully preregister one's future studies and experiments is a key skill for young researchers. A preregistration consists of (precise) hypotheses, description of study designs and variables, a justification for a sample size, and an analysis plan. These components along with caveats will be discussed in this workshop. Attendees will be shown how to create a project site on an online repository that supports study preregistration.
