Description: In a previous qualitative study (Gatzemeier et al., 2019), we investigated which strategies people use in their everyday life to manage the intake of tempting foods. In the presented project, the frequency of use and perceived effectiveness of these strategies were assessed. Additionally, this study aims to replicate previous findings of different weight management clusters (https://osf.io/g4stb/) and if differences in their psychological and eating behaviour traits as well as their use of the above mentioned strategies exist.
