A portion of this work was performed at the National High Magnetic Field Laboratory, which is supported by National Science Foundation Division of Chemistry and Division of Materials Research through Cooperative Agreement No. DMR-1644779 and the State of Florida. All software used for data processing are publicaly available: https://nationalmaglab.org/user-facilities/icr/icr-software. Petroorg (C) tutorial videos can be found here: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLeEvevEX4ZMR70U-hQN6t3Hj4jGvVpOwu. Fourier-transform ion cyclotron resonance (FT-ICR MS) data for the Arctic Great Rivers Observatory from June 2012 through the end of 2017 (https://arcticgreatrivers.org/). All formula data are found in the renormalized crosstable file. Summary metrics and compound class relative abundances for each sample are found in the summary table. All samples' processed csv files are located in a folder "processed FT-ICR MS data files" along with a metadata spreadsheet showing sample names, rivers, and sampling dates.
