--------------------------------------------------------------------------- **CONNECTIVE FIELD MAPS BASED ON REVERSE CORRELATION** --------------------------------------------------------------------------- **Requires the data in the Zenodo archive: doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.7117929** This archive contains quantitative analysis code for CF (and pRF) data from the *Unstable Eye* and *Laser Kiwi* tasks in our study. You will require *Matlab 2017 with the Statistics Toolbox* and also *SamSrf 9.4*. All other dependencies are included in the archive. Extract these scripts into the main folder containing the individual subject data (where the P2, P3, etc folders are stored). ***CF_size_All*** This extracts and plots the median CF size for all participants from all tasks (stable, random, laserkiwi) and for all regions of interest. Data from P6 in area V6 are removed as outliers. ***Prf_size_All*** Same as CF_size_All but for pRF size in the Unstable Eye task only. ***CompareMaps*** Calculates the similarity of retinotopic maps between stable and random eye-movements for all 3 participants in the Unstable Eye experiment. --------------------------------------------------------------------------- *Comments/Questions?* s.schwarzkopf@auckland.ac.nz ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
