Description: This review aims to clarify the gap in knowing which commercial aesthetic crowns are available for use for restoring posterior primary teeth worldwide. This will be conducted by presenting a list of prefabricated aesthetic crowns used to restore posterior primary teeth globally which will be provided with information (where available) on company, brand name, country of origin, materials made of thickness and price information. Laboratory studies on these crowns, which discuss their mechanical properties and have been published in scientific papers, will also be included. The gaps in terms of the availability of evidence supporting the mechanical clinically related properties of the crowns will also be mentioned.
