Description: This scoping review aims to investigate whether cooking workshops improve nutrition and health outcomes. Primary and secondary study designs will be searched in the following databases: MEDLINE, Embase, Cochrane Library, LILACS, and SciELO. The identified studies (after removing duplicates) will be imported into the Rayyan software for evaluation and selection based on pre-established eligibility criteria. This process includes reading titles and abstracts (Phase 1) followed by full-text reading of the studies selected in Phase 1 (Phase 2). To identify additional eligible studies, the reference lists of the studies selected in Phase 2 will be analyzed. Data from the selected studies will be meticulously analyzed and collected using a characterization table. All steps will be conducted by two independent and blinded reviewers, with a third reviewer resolving any disagreements.
