Description: The objective of this meta-analysis is to examine the effects of concurrent training (CT) on measures of physical fitness (i.e., muscle stregth, muscle power, cardiorespiratory endurance, and balance) in older adults. Data were extracted from 15 studies containing information on pre- and post-values for respective outcomes, training variables (i.e., volume, frequency, duration, intensity) and the sample (i.e., number, age, sex).
