Wiki Version:
Cluster extent thresholding, to correct for multiples comparisons. It is recommended that you use [cluster_threshold_gamma.m][1] for all simulations. [cluster_threshold_beta.m][2], modified 06/30/25, can be considered a legacy script (it is accurate, but does not take the number of participants into account, and thus is often too conservative). If you download this script, e–mail sd.slotnick@bc.edu with subject line 'cluster_threshold_beta mailing list' to receive updates (your e–address will never be shared) (See [Slotnick, 2017][3], for defense of this method and other methods to correct for multiple comparisons) Spatial autocorrelation estimation which can be entered into cluster_threshold_beta. [img_xcorr.m][4] Modified 12/26/20. (To use this function, you must first install – download, unzip, and set path to – [Piotr's Computer Vision Matlab Toolbox][5]) [1]: https://osf.io/69qcm/ [2]: https://drive.google.com/file/d/16Te6mClodtf31BZ7QaVyIsppGPhRiSFt/view?usp=drive_link [3]: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1mguwy8YXgAT_dkS9Egks2E2lXMlUgMvq/view?usp=sharing [4]: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1aC3o7E6z9CxyOqp0givEkeR6iJahLbVU/view?usp=sharing [5]: https://pdollar.github.io/toolbox/
