Wiki Version:
## What's Here Files in this component include an overall plan of learning objectives and learning outcomes for a five week long OPEN Incubator. It then breaks down each individual topic to cover in its own lesson plan. These topics do not exhaustively cover open strategies to implement into a research project, but rather were chosen based on what the participants and their project ideas most seemed interested in. ## How to use As a facilitation-focused series of modules, each lesson plan emphasizes questions and activities for the cohort to discuss, rather than lectures. The facilitator guides conversation and provides input about open. As we have found through 2 separate cohorts, the lesson plans work in a physical setting as well as an online setting. There were naturally some benefits that came with these separate settings, which are discussed in the [Assessment component][1]. [1]: https://osf.io/b43cm/
