**Overview** For viewing the `DA_Analysis` file in a browser, we recommend selecting the `.md` or `html` version, rather than the corresponding `.Rmd` version. However, analyses should be run using the `.Rmd` file in RStudio. Also note that to generate your own ALIGN output datafile from the raw conversational transcripts, please see the Devil's Advocate tutorial on the Github repository for the `align` python package: https://github.com/nickduran/align-linguistic-alignment
