The data services community has long acknowledged the value and importance of inclusiveness in our work environment. By its very nature, curating data to make it FAIR facilitates access, yet just making data public and well described does not necessarily facilitate access to those with motor, cognitive, visual, audio or other disabilities. This poster presents some low-barrier practices repositories can implement to facilitate access to datasets and their related documentation, including accessibility-related metadata elements, ensuring text and pdf documents meet W3C's accessibility guidelines, and providing general best practices for web accessible documents.
