Description: This repository includes data from the following publication: X. The three mobility datasets dEPR, sOD and dOD contain simulated mobility trajectories of 10,000 individuals over a span of 28 days. Included is the id of the individuals, the time of a jump to a new location (in hours, starting at Monday 0am), and the longitude-latitude coordinates of the target locations. The trajectories are created using the density-EPR model, and two variations of an agent-based simulation of mobility on an origin-destination matrix (see publication SI for details). In addition, two auxilliary datasets are included. The dataset tweets_data_berlin contains geo-tagged Tweets in the area of Berlin, collected between January and December of 2018. Included is the id of the user, the datetime of the Tweet, and the longitude-latitude coordinates. The dataset OD_mobility_matrix contains the number of trips between spatial bins in the area of Berlin, recorded from mobile phone cell tower logs of a German mobile phone provider and aggregated to one statistical week. Included is the number of trips at each weekday and hour, the count of trips, and the coordinates of the start and end cell. A detailed descriptions is given in the publications' SI.
