The presented dataset represents inferred state and trait anxiety scores of a large sample of 197 organizational leaders and 958 of their organizational followers, based on individuals' social media posts on Twitter. The dataset includes data over a period of 316 days, with observations both before and after the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, and also includes Big Five personality traits and gender information of leaders and followers.
