Wiki Version:
This project aims to compare the habituation and inhibition theories of exposure in cognitive behavioral therapy. These theoretical perspectives make different predictions as to important behavior change principles underlying exposure therapy. Coding whether these principles are present in therapy evaluations can perhaps suggest which mechanism is more plausible. This project is completely Open Science. This OSF repo syncs with the primary (GitHub) repo. The R Markdown file that is the main documentation device for this project can be [accessed through GitHub here](https://htmlpreview.github.io/?https://github.com/Matherion/habituation-versus-inhibition-in-exposure-therapy/blob/master/scripts/habituation-versus-inhibition-in-exposure-therapy.html). Note that the visual representation of the query uses DiagrammeR, and the HTML widget produced by DiagrammeR uses Javascript which is not shown using this GitHub HTML preview link - if you'd like to see that, download the HTML file to your harddisk from the Files section on this repo.
