Because there are so many contributors, We will award six $250 awards based on a first come, first serve basis using the following criteria. All travel must occur before May 15th and reimbursements will only apply to valid receipts. 1. presentation was accepted 2. need - not otherwise funded 3. prestige of presentation (rank order -- invited talk, symposium, oral presentation, poster presentation) 4. quality of presentation (evaluated by proposal abstract) 5. EAMMi2 contributor status (planning committee priority) If you are interested in applying for one of those $250 awards, please prepare an application letter addressing the criteria above and send it to Jon Grahe (graheje@plu.edu). Anyone interested in EAMMi2 travel funds will need to provide a W-9 and valid receipts as directed. Contact Jon Grahe if you have questions.
