Description: This project explains the development of a personalized health outcome profile termed as “My Personal Brain Health Dashboard”. This feedback tool has been designed with the aim of improving self-management in people living with chronic conditions such as HIV. Interpretability and usefulness of the feedback tool for setting specific goals has also been pilot tested.
