## Description ## Supplemental materials for ***Comparison of different linear-combination modelling algorithms for short-TE proton spectra*** by Zöllner et al. 2020 ([doi.org/10.1101/2020.06.05.136796][1]). It contains the following folders: - code - LCModel - MATLAB - R - Tarquin - data - raw figures - figures - statistics ---------- The `code` folder contains subfolders with LCModel .control-files, MATLAB plot functions, the R plot script, and Tarquin .batch file definitions. The quantitative results are stored as a R data file in the `data` folder. The resulting raw figures, figures, and statistics are stored in the `raw figures`, `figures`, and `statistics` folder, respectively. ---------- More information about the R functions can be found on the GitHub repository https://github.com/hezoe100/SpecVis.
