Wiki Version:
This course covers how to perform key statistical analysis for Psychology in R. It uses a general linear model and mixed effects modeling approach to teach (equivalents of) t-tests, ANOVA, regression and logistic regression. The second workshop covers data visualisation and covers histograms, density plots, box plots and bar charts. A note on the data set: The prison data included here is based on data from Introduction to SPSS in Psychology 4th Edition by Howitt and Cramer (2008), but I added some variables and changed a lot of the data to better illustrate some different effects.
