This component includes quality control data for the [replication][1] attempt of [Berger et al., 2012][2]. Quality control data for the NRASG12D melanocytes is available in the [files section][3]. This includes results confirming the cell lines were free of mycoplasma contamination ('Myco' in file name). Additionally, STR DNA profiling of the cell line ('STR' in the file name) was performed. This includes the parental NRASG12D melanocytes as well as the stable NRASG12D melanocytes expressing GFP or PREX2 isoforms generated in the original study or this replication study.
