When do women’s networks work for (or against) them? Four talks examine network-based behavior, brokerage, centrality, and exclusion, highlighting key gender differences at work. Collectively, these talks demonstrate the need for network-level analyses to illuminate persistent barriers facing women in traditionally male-dominated workspaces.
