The ZELF-i project is an RCT-EMA study - Target group: (Indication for treatment of) depressive disorder - EMA: 28 days, 5 times per day, weekly digital feedback report, 1 feedback session, two modules (Do: positive affect and activities, Think: negative affect and thinking patterns) - RCT: outcome measures are depressive symptoms (primary), social functioning, and empowerment Information on the RCT and design of the EMA study can be found in the Protocol Paper (https://osf.io/q974s) including: - An overview of the baseline measures and outcome questionnaires that were administered pre-EMA, post-EMA and at 4 follow-up measurements: Table 2 - A detailed list of the EMA items used in Dutch and in English: Table S1 The EMA items are also included in the ESM Item Repository: https://esmitemrepositoryinfo.com/ - Examples of the feedback reports can be found in the Materials folder of the Efficacy Paper: https://osf.io/ehkx9/ The ZELF-i project also included an add-on qualitative study to learn more about patients perspectives on EMA interventions. - See the subfolder Patient Perspective (https://osf.io/ypkhv/) for the evaluation questionnaire, interview topic list and codebook.
