This is the data used to produce the figures in "Visuomotor learning promotes visually evoked activity in the medial prefrontal cortex", Peters et al., Cell Reports 2022. The code to load this data and produce figures is available at: https://github.com/petersaj/Peters_et_al_CellReports_2022. Raw data not included due to space limitations, available on request. Data description: `trial_data_xx`: trial-by-trial data in given experiments `bhv_teto`: behavior data `single_unit_data_all`: trial-by-trial data for single units `U_master`: master widefield spatial components to reconstruct pixels from SVD-compressed data `wf_rois`: set of hand-drawn ROIs for widefield data **NOTE**: Both `U_master` and `wf_rois` are loaded in the code by hard-coded location. To run the code, these locations will need to be changed to wherever the user has stored them.
