Wiki Version:
Target of replication: *A priori* experimental protocols, materials, and confirmatory analysis plans were peer reviewed, [pre-registered][1], and published by [*eLife*][2]. This component includes all primary and QC data for the replication of [Garnett et al. 2012][3]. This experiment analyzedOlaparib sensitivity after depletion of EWS-FLI1 from A673 cells. ### Contents ### [Figures component][4] contains a visualization of the results. These figures are the same as can be found in the Replication Study and include: - **Figure 3. Olaparib sensitivity after depletion of EWS-FLI1 from A673 cells**, which displays the results of cell viability assays performed with the indicated doses of olaparib, or an equivalent volume of vehicle control (DMSO). - **Figure 3 - figure supplement 1. Cell viability assays for each biological repeat**, whicih displays the same experiment as in Figure 3 with line graph of each biological repeat is plotted individually. [Data Component][5], contains data generated from the experimental work. Csv files containing the data used in the analysis of protocol 2, which assesses Olaparib sensitivity after depletion of EWS-FLI1 from A673 cells, can be found [here][6] for the data used in analysis for protocol 3, and [here][7] for the qPCR data used in analysis. [Statistical Analysis Component][8], contains the R scripts used for the analysis. [Methods Component][9] includes all methods, information about equipment used, and lab notes necessary for completing this protocol. [Cell line quality Control data][10] includes results confirming the cell line was free of mycoplasma contamination as well as STR DNA profiling.
