This repository provides replication scripts for the manuscript *Bayesian approaches to equivalence testing in the two-sample setting: Power analysis, type I error rates and prior elicitation for biomedical research*. The scripts *smallEffectTypeIIErrors.R*, *mediumEffectTypeIIErrors.R*, *largeEffectTypeIIErrors.R* and *noEffectTypeIErrors.R* need to be run first to obtain all simulation results. The script plots.R contains these results already (because single scripts may take several hours to multiple days to run, depending on the available computing power) and provides the code to recreate all plots and figures of the manuscript.
