Description: Cohort study: Young adult women with breast cancer are recruited at "Klinik Ostseedeich" in Groemitz, Northern Germany, since ~ 2010. This clinic offers a three-week in-patient mother-child rehabiliation program. Inclusion criteria (for the oncological rehab) are the diagnosis of non-metastastic breast cancer (ICD-10 C50, D05.1) and at least one child under the age of 12 years that accompanies its mother. Inclusion criteria for present analysis: Rehab stay 2019-2021, age younger than 55 yrs at diagnosis Measures: Strengths and Difficulties Questionnaire (SDQ) Outcome: Maternal SDQ reports for each the oldest child accompanying the mother
