The "images" subfolder additional contains files that are used in the rmd script. All data necessary to re-run the full analysis are provided in the folder named "data". Following the workflow in the rmd script, the cleaned up data file is in subfolder "export". The raw dataset has been deposited on Zenodo, as its size does not allow storage on osf: https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.3759701 The complete workflow for cleaning the raw data to creating Figures based on meta-analtyical methods can be viewed as html file on rPubs (https://rpubs.com/SusZaj/ESF). The html is also provided here for download, as is the underlying R rmd script.
