Description: The aim of this study is to explore the use of nicotine replacement therapy (NRT) for harm reduction in smokers. This work will also serve as a proof-of-principle n-of-1 trial using new data capture technology developed by the MRC Integrative Epidemiology Unit at the University of Bristol, and will establish the conditions for a trial of e-cigarette use for harm reduction among dual users.
