Wiki Version:
This project provides the code and data from the paper: The contribution of explicit processes to reinforcement-based motor learning Peter Holland*, Olivier Codol & Joseph M Galea School of Psychology, University of Birmingham, UK *Corresponding Author The paper is currently in press for the Journal of Neurophysiology: https://doi.org/10.1152/jn.00901.2017 p.j.holland@bham.ac.uk The code folder contains the data and Matlab code required to reproduce the results and figures included in the paper, please see the README.pdf for instructions and the help section of each function for further details. By expanding the folder view in the box below individual files can be selected and downloaded, however if the folder called 'Code' is selected then an option appears to 'Download as zip' which will download a zip file of the whole folder which may be more convenient. If downloaded as a zip file please unzip the file and then either add the extracted folder to your matlab path or change matlab's working directory to be the new folder.
