Description: Data deposited in this repository support results reported in the article: "Major histocompatibility complex class I diversity limits the repertoire of T cell receptors" [www.pnas.org/cgi/doi/10.1073/pnas.1807864116], by Magdalena Migalska, Alvaro Sebastian and Jacek Radwan. Files contain intermediate and final bank vole major histocompatibility complex (MHC) genotyping files for four gene fragments: exon 3 of MHC class I (henceforth referred to as ‘EX3’ or ‘MHC1_EX3’) and exons 2 of MHC class II DQA, DQB and DRB genes (henceforth referred to as ‘DQA’, ‘DQB’, ‘DRB’, respectively). Files were generated with tools from AmpliSAT suite (http://evobiolab.biol.amu.edu.pl/amplisat/index.php), including published web server AmpliSAS (Sebastian et al. 2016, DOI: 10.1111/1755-0998.12453). Intermediate genotyping files are designated with R1-R4 abbreviations, corresponding to PCR replicates numbers.
