Wiki Version:
This project aims to share MRI protocols and methods (pulse sequences and reconstruction and analytic tools) for small animal MRI of the brain and spinal cord. Pulse sequences are largely from the Bruker platform. Since the sequences including copyrighted and licensed code from Bruker, the sequences are listed in a private repository, but anyone may request access. [Link to view here.][1] The list of available custom pulse sequences is [here][2] Arbitrary diffusion waveform sequence documentation is [here][3] *In the full spirit of open science, I ask that you create your profile with at least first/last name. I've had several request with limited information.* Created by Matthew Budde, Medical College of Wisconsin [1]: https://osf.io/t9vqn/ [2]: https://osf.io/t9vqn/wiki/home/ [3]: https://osf.io/t9vqn/wiki/rFOV_DWIEpi/
