Description: This project aims to distinguishing between two theoretically important pathways that provides insight into why men’s endorsement of hostile sexism is associated with aggressive behavior towards female partners. We expect men's hostile sexism to predict both (a) lower perceived relationship power, and (b) greater desire for power. Both of these power variables should independently predict greater reports of aggression towards female partners.
