Description: This study will deploy an RCT to understand whether providing information about case processing expectations within an Online Dispute Resolution (“ODR”) platform creates different and better results. We will study whether providing this information within the ODR platform or not affects the following outcomes: 1. Time to disposition 2. Number of hearings conducted 3. Length of time expended by users for court matters 4. Frequency of settlements 5. Perceptions of procedural justice 6. Frequency of failure to pay determinations 7. Frequency of failure to appear determinations.
