Description: This is the first known study that will carry out in an Iberic context in order to develop culturally adapted guidelines for the identification, evaluation, and implementation of knowledge and skills to foster spiritual care competence in Palliative Care [PC]. The value of better examining spiritual care competence ultimately depends on how well it could inform the development and implementation of tailored educational and PC services or interventions. The SPACEE’s purpose is to boost the ‘spiritual care’ imperative helping practitioners and patients/family carers in their daily care preparedness for EoL care, as well as improving curricula practices in this domain.
